Orders and Delivery

Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout. If delivery is delayed by events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the delay.

If no one is available at your address to receive delivery, we will inform you of how to re-arrange delivery or collect the product. Failure to collect or re-arrange delivery may result in cancellation of your order.

We may, at our discretion, verify your identity and/or ownership of your payment instruments by requesting additional information or documents. Failure to provide verification may result in refusal of delivery and cancellation of your order.

Returns and Refunds

You may return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

– The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.

– Certain products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable:

(1) Optical lenses,
(2) Opened contact lenses,
(3) Products without serial numbers.

Consumers are not entitled to return or exchange customized products made to their specifications, unless defective or non-compliant with agreed specifications.

Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after approval, excluding shipping fees. Refunds may be issued via wallet balance, bank transfer, mobile payment, or cash.

For defective products, customers must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing a detailed description of the defect and any supporting images. Verified defects may result in replacement or refund as per customer preference.

Liability

Siam Eye Centers will not be liable for claims arising from user or third-party negligence (such as shipping companies).

We guarantee the quality of our products but are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow usage instructions. For example, when purchasing contact lenses or prescription glasses, you are responsible for ensuring they match your eye condition as per your ophthalmologist’s guidance.

We are not liable for:

– Losses arising from interruptions or malfunctions of the site beyond our control.
– Losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
– Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, income, revenue, business, contracts, fame, or opportunities.

Our total liability to you under any service contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under that contract.

Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage shall be your responsibility.

Our website may contain hyperlinks to other websites owned and operated by third parties; these hyperlinks are not recommendations. We have no control over third-party websites and their contents, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Although we take the utmost care to prevent this, human errors and unintentional mistakes may still occur, such as typographical errors, technical or color deviations, and/or price adjustments.

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to hold us harmless against:

Breach of Terms

If you breach these Terms and Conditions, or we reasonably suspect you have breached them, we may:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

This Terms of Use Agreement – which may be amended from time to time as necessary – constitutes the terms of use, operating mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contract between Siam Eye Centers and you, the ‘User.

Both parties to this agreement also agree to take into consideration the following:

– The Arabic language shall be the governing language when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into other languages.

– All prices listed for the services or products displayed on the Siyam Centers website may be subject to change from time to time.

– Any promotional or marketing offers that may be available on the website are temporary, and Siyam Centers reserves the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

– The parties to this agreement undertake to deal with each other in a manner that does not conflict with the applicable regulations and laws related to the use of a website.

This Agreement of Use may only be revoked pursuant to a decision issued by Siam Eye Centers.

Severability

If any provision of these general terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

If any provision of these general terms and conditions is unlawful and/or unenforceable, such provision shall be lawful or enforceable if a part of it is deleted. In such case, the unlawful or unenforceable part shall be deemed deleted, and the remainder of the provision shall continue in full force and effect.

You hereby agree that we may assign our rights and/or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions, or transfer, subcontract, or otherwise deal with them in any manner.

Third-Party Rights:

This Agreement, pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions, is entered into for the benefit of the Parties hereto only and is not intended to, nor shall it, confer any benefit upon, nor be enforceable by, any third party.

The exercise of the rights of the Parties under this Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions shall not be subject to the consent or approval of any third party.

Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The Arabic language shall be the governing language for the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement, and in the event of translation into any other languages.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
